Highlights from Cardinal's Trip with the Canada Travel Fraud Prevention Group

Throughout the last two years, Cardinal has made it our mission to disseminate as much information about EMV® 3-D Secure as possible to the entire digital payments industry. It’s important, for everyone in the industry, to have the most up-to-date information regarding this important topic.

Last week, Bassam Chamaa, Account Executive on the Partnerships Team at Cardinal, traveled to Montreal for a gathering of the Canada Travel Fraud Prevention Group. That day, he delivered a presentation entitled “What’s all the Buzz about EMV 3-D Secure.” Everyone in attendance was eager to learn about these new protocols and the effect they are expected to have on the travel and digital payments industries.

Cardinal is, and always has been, focused on creating the best possible authentication environment for our issuers and merchants, which has led us to this point. The ability to constantly innovate has allowed us to stay nimble and tirelessly prepare for this shift in the industry. For more information about Cardinal or EMV® 3-D Secure, contact us today!
